Went along swimmingly until the headless chicken syndrome kicked in!

<p>On Sa****ay 28th May wer decided to visit Steers/Fishaways/Debonairs at Blue Hills Shopping centre. We ordered (Order No.122, 123 and 124 : 14h58, 14h59) from Fishaways a Fishermans Net platter, two medium hake, some fishcakes, calamari strips and rings and some drinks and from Steers a 1/2 Grilled Chicken Mild. Things went along swimmingly and the fish areders arrived after about 15mins. No chicken? And so the wait and the pathy began. On inspection of the fish take aways we discovered that the platter had been served with chip instead of rice. So back it went whereupon the assistant dissasembled the platter, sc****d out out the chips and inserted the rice. Not great. As for the elusive chicken, it appears the staff assumed the persona of a headless chicken. , no direction and certainly no chicken! Almost an hour later after repeated requests as to where the errant chook might be the bird was finally packed into a packet (1****). The result of this pathetic service meant that all the fish, pop prawns and calamari orders were by the time we drove home to Randjesfontein, cold & ruined and chucked in the bin. Steers you owe my family the orders replaced piping hot and made with a little WOW factor! Those prospective customers check out the non performing A-Team at work! (Pic attached)</p>
