Washington Post Steers. Pathetic!!!

They don't give on Wednesdays the Vodacom icecream that you've won on shake it..... Even if your voucher expires on a Wednesday. They just say no icecream. No where on the voucher does it say so. Vodacom and Steers are both pathetic!!!!
