Was unable to deliver my food because of no drivers!

Hi,

Steers Lenasia South was unable to process my order last night due to no drivers being available. After paying for it online. The refused to deliver my food. They wanted to place the same order on another day. I asked the manager "How do i know you will not forget about this order?" Her response was that I had her word. I had to eventually go all the way to fetch the order.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any fast food restaurant.

I don't plan on ordering from them again and I will spread the word of this pathetic service to all friends and family!
