Waiting more than 2 hours for cold food

I ordered food on the 1st of October. After numerous calls the food arrived more than 2 hours later, and everything was cold. When i phoned the lady told me 45 minutes to an hour, which was fine for me. But more than 2 hours later is just absolutely rudicilous! Im very dissapointed with the service of this place!
