Waiting for 1 burger refund

On the 28th of March i was at Steers in Sea Point, Cape Town with my daughter the evening to get us supper. I asked for 3 Mjo meals but the lady placed the order for 4 meals. After i paid i checked the slip and saw i paid for 4 meals. When i informed them the manager came and said that they would not be able to refund me the money and that only head office could do it which was weird. So i had to write my name and cell number on the slip. So i took a pic of the slip. Its now the 3rd of April and have not received any call during the week and still waiting for my refund. They had cash on hand and could have just given my money back. The manager who was a young woman was very friendly. Unfortunately she could not give the money due to corporate issues. Will i ever get a call.
