Waiting far too long for my order.
I ordered 1 Phanda burger meal, a regular chips and a caramel and romeo cream milkshake online. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I phoned to find out when I will receive my order because I was in a hurry and didn't think it would take that long, because the last time I ordered it took 15 minutes to receive my order. The guy on the other side of the phone told me to please be patient they will send it now. So after waiting another half and hour my order came, the chips and burger was icecold and my milkshakes was so hot it tasted sour. The delivery guy offered to take it back and replace it but I told him that I need to go and don't have time to wait another hour for hopefully hot food and an cold milkshake. Worst service ever.
