Waiting 120min for a STEERs delivery and then received cold burgers and watery milkshakes. ******* service

We ordered burgers and shakes to value of R398 on te 30 April 2022 at 17h25 from Steers Camaro Centre. Which is 3 km from our home.. At 18h00 we phone and asked where our order was. A very rude person told us to wait as their are several other people been waiting longer for their food. At 19h30 we phoned again and spoke to a Linda at your store. Absolutely arrogant saying he he has no drivers and we must wait. becoming abusive, rude and argumentative. At 18h50 we phoned again.. Been waiting 90min for a delivery. Person answering the phone just said WAIT! everyone is waiting and some much longer than us. The food arrived at 19h22. Cold and soggy. Inedible. Milkshakes watery. After taking our money on order we had to wait 2 hours for our food. Absolute ******* service from STEERS Camaro Centre.
