Waited almost an hour for Wacky Wednesday Special

I want to lay a formal complaint regarding very poor service my wife experienced at your Steers George Branch in Courtney Street this evening.

Me and my wife went directly from work to get Pizzas for supper from Debonairs and I ask her to get me some Wacky Wednesday Special Burgers from Steers as it's located in the same restaurant.

She placed an order and paid for the Pizzas @ 18h37 to be exact and the Burgers @ 18h39 as per attached SLIPS while standing in a 10min queue already.

Right she paid for everything, Now she's waiting as a normal customer should. 10min later her Pizzas was ready for collection at the counter and were waiting for the Burgers from Steers.

She was waiting and waiting and waiting. Some other customers came in and place orders and receive there orders way before her. I know some of them were online and some of them walk-in orders but she was still waiting on hers.

At 19h15 she asked the lady where's her order that she placed more than half an hour ago, as she demand her money back. The lady quickly made up her order and gave it to her at 19h20 to be precise. Thats a whole 39min later after payment and almost 50min entering the restaurant. Pizza was cold as the dot were black and burgers was very tasty as I love Steers, but a so called family evening supper was ruined because staff can't manage time and customer service as to who was first in the row. My money was good enough to take as in 123 as daily targets needs to be achieved but the manager can't handle the heat in the kitchen.

Talk about kitchen, one staff member was not even wearing a mask but she is employed by Famous Brands Group. You can check your video footage. There were lots and lots of dissatisfied customers as people was waiting in vain. This for me is unacceptable and not sustainable for a big group.

To wait that long for food and to consume cold pizzas. Food are freshly prepared I know, but why are McDonald's, Burger King etc serving food within a 5min waiting period. Reason is that they care about speedy service and keeping customers happy. Revet back as you don't reply to emails on ***
