Wacky Wednesday warped n

I arrive all excited for the 'wacky Wednesday ' speacil at Sunnypark Shopping Centre only to be told by Melissa that they dont have chicken. I ask why dont they have chicken and she says it will take 1 hour.

So I ask to speak to a manager and I'm told to go next door to Debonairs and I tell the lady that as good customer service she should call the manager herself.

I then wait while others are being helped and then am told all of a sudden that chciken is ready. I place my order and now we wait longer whereas we were told the chicken was ready.

The service and experience was poor and then you cant find the store on the website either so how does one complain about poor service.
