Wacky Wednesday dry cheese less chips

We bought 2 wacky Wednesday s and cheesy chips. The chips were old and dry, with an overly thick cheese sause that was a small portion, as we know how much it normally is, as we buy weekly. The sauces on the burgers were minimal. It was quite disappointing as we buy weekly, and it was in the evening, with no chance of returning it back
