Wacky burgers wacky Wednesday

To whom it may concern

On 21st April 2021 at 18:15 we placed our order for a Wackey Wednesday and medium chips, at Vee 3 foods: Steers The Square, Boksburg.

Our expectation as in the past was the following.

1. 100% pure beef Pattie 2. Lettuce 3. Onion 4. Tomatoes 5. Gherkins 6. Mustard 7. Mayo

Our order on this day consisted of

1. 100% dry cold beef Pattie 2. Lettuce 3. Tomatoes

Please advise how this disappointing situation can be remedied Herewith my trace number: CAS-259579-XFYJV1 . DSG:*** of my initial complaint. I have had no response in a month’s time This is very unsatisfactory service.
