Very very bad service. Packaging is very bad

On the 28th of August, I ordered at Steers Engen millenium which is at corner bourke and Justice mahommed Street Muckleneuk. I order 1 veggies bites with chips, 2 burgers with chips but to my surprise, I only received 2 burgers with chips. Nobody bothered to call an let me know that they don't have veggie bites with chips. The delivery guy notified me that my order is incomplete. Even now I'm still waiting for my refund. When I call their land line, it goes to voice mail.
