very unprofessional and rude

yesterday i ordered the king steers with macon and chips that arrived late and cold. when opening my food the chips wr all burnt and dry. when i called the manager to complain ,she said she wud send the driver bk to come replace my food.until today im still waiting. I called the store back today and they kept dropping my calls. im so dissapointed and never thought in my life that i would bd treated like this.their customer service is apauling and unprofessional. i will never order from steers garden city mayfair ever again.
