Very poor customer service
<p>I was getting some lunch at Steers Northmead Square where I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to assist. Besides the kitchen staff, all the front desk staff were standing around talking and playing on their phones. There was staff member from the takeaway cafe next door that was also standing there chatting to the staff while they showed eachother contents on their phones. Staff are also extremely rude and dont greet their customers.</p>
