Very dissapointed with customer service.

I order food from Mellvile Steers via the Uber eats platform. Money was debited from my account but the I never received the food and when I go to Uber eats is says Unfilled and showing R 0.00 (i resume it means I did not pay) but my account sent an sms showing how much I had in my account and how much was left after uber eats took the money for the food. Now, I am calling both their numbers and no one is picking up and the chat box didn't help with much as it did not revolve the query for me.

I am very disappointed that no communication about what's happening because my money was taken and nothing said about the order.
