Very disappointed with Steers Edenglen

I have been a customer at Steers Edenglen since the day they opened but they have just gone downhill at an alarming rate. They don't even know what their head offices telephone number is so that I could phone and complain to them directly. They refused to give me my online order which was paid for and I have the sms from the bank to prove it. You actually cannot even get hold of Famour Brands either. its disgusting
