VERY DISAPPOINTED

I was just at Steers ( The Glen Mall ) 20 minutes ago to buy using a steers voucher and I was told by the staff that they do not have a voucher machine. I have never heard of such as I know how it works when you use your voucher, you SCAN. I am disgusted by the way customers are treated at that branch. I wasted my time and petrol for bad service. Will make sure my family and friends never go to that steers again. VERY DISAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED
