Very disappointed and angry with Steers. Their service is pathetic and disappointing. Never ever use or order at Steers again. Wish to inform everyone not to use Steers again

I'm the 3rd Feb. 2018, I ordered share 1 and steers burger meal. Order came and paid for it, in 2min. I noticed that there's no steers burger that was ordered. Only the share 1 with drinks and a buddy coke. I called the store to notify them and I was told that the manager will call me in 5min. I waited the whole evening on Saturday, Sunday no call from the manager. On Monday I received a call from Customer care asking for which branch I ordered from. Gave the info and promised another feedback or call back. On Tuesday morning o received an sms stating "customer care case has been resolved. No call from the Manager or feedback from the Customer care. Very disappointed and feel cheated by Steers.
