Very disappointed

I wish I could leave a positive review, but I have brought it up with them, twice and I have given chances and I don't know if it is because I order via their app or if their service is just pathetic, but I am terribly disappointed in Steers Eldoraigne. I have placed multiple orders for collection, but they can't get 1 right, up until the point where we had to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me that they did not receive my order, and when I followed up afterwards, they told me no, they did find it. I am DONE with this branch of steers.
