Very bad service from steers philip nel park

I placed a order on 20 nov 2019 18:11h at steers phillip nel park, but did an online order. At 19:50 they still havent delivered my order. At 20:01h the driver phoned me to say he is at my gate, and i already left to get food from another place. Your service is very very bad, not only the delivery time taking so long, if it takes that long the time i get the food its going to be cold
