Very bad service from Steers

I ordered food from this branch on 02/10/2015, including a Choc 99 ice cream cup. When I got my food, I first had to ask for my ice cream as the lady helping me dumped my food on the counter and then walked away to talk to her colleagues. She then brought a cone. When I pointed out that I ordered a cap, she had the audacity to tell me I ordered a Choc 99 to which I responded: Yes, Choc 99 cup. She made no effort to sort out the problem, but continued to talk to her colleagues, clearly going on saying I ordered a cone. I therefore just told her to leave it and walked out without any ice cream - money and time wasted!!!! She clearly expected me to take the wrong item that I did not ordered (was for my husband and I was driving, so cone was definitely not what I wanted). This is not the first time that this branch gets an order wrong, but when I tried to sort it out with the manager on a previous occasion, he was of absolutely no help, so I did not even bother this time. Sure nothing will come of this either, but rather support the other branch in Alberton where there is a bit better service. Rude service, unhelpful and unwilling to fix their mistakes!!! Will not support them again!!!
