Very bad service

Steers george has a drive thru. I ordered online as I have a 2 month old baby and prefer not to go into the store. On arrival at the drive thru I was told that I cannot pay and collect at the drive thru I have to go into the store. I asked to speak to a manager who assisted me to bring the food outside to my car but he mentioned it is not the normal. Arriving at home I got 2 steers burger with only the patty and a little bit of sauce. No tamato or cherkins. I.have photos as proof
