VERY BAD SERVICE AND ARROGANT STAFF

Placed an order online last night, 2 hours go by no delivery. After failure with telephonically, decided to head down to the restaurant to check where my order was. Arrogant driver said he did deliver the food, told him no he hasn't as we have cameras, and no one was there for delivery. Driver didn't even try to phone me. The Manager wasn't helpful either. I explained to him my situation. He just says he will make me a new order. Not sorry or anything. It costed me my petrol and a big argument. Did take this up with Head office as well. When I received the food. The Chips were old and the burgers were so soggy.
