Very bad service

I had a very bad experience at steers Dowerglen , I normally buy food twice a week with my colleague and almost daily the food is not fresh . But this time around it was worse , the beef Pattie’s and bacon was too burnt and not eatable , . We then ordered again on Tuesday I then expressed my frustration to the driver and he told me that I like complaining too much . I decided to phone the shop and the store manager was not helpful the only thing that she was worried about , was a different driver coming through to deliver again but I must make payment and she told me that I should not report the incident because they will be in trouble ….
