Very bad mistake wrong order

On Wednesday 30 June around 6pm I orders 3 boxes of beef wecKY Wednesday with cheese on all 6 burgers for collection. I send somsbody to collect my order nr:528 before 7pm. After receiving the food we didn't open immediately I think after 15minutes. As my daughter and I started eating we realise that the burgers was chicken burgers and it had a lot of hot sauce. We opened the burgers only to realize my 8 year old daughter's box had 2 hot chicken burgers, mine had 1 hot chicken and 1 beef my son's box had 2 beef burgers. I tried to call the person who collected from the store to return but his phone was off. My 2 kids and I were forced to eat the hot chicken as it was already late and with level 4 they close early. I have an Ulcer abs were forced to eat that hot burgers coz we were hungry and looking firward all day to have those beef burgers for supper. I am very unhappy coz our whole dinner was ruined that evening because of the chef who didn't read what the customer wanted. Steers Tshwane Mall staff must read the orders and pack correct orders as requested. You need to fix this coz my kids dinner was ruined and my ulcer was triggered after eating that very extra hot burgers.
