Very bad cutomer service from Steers Sasolburg.

I ordered a Wacky Wednesday and chips from Steers Sasolburg by phone. The lady told met its R52. Placed the order at 17:35 and it only arrived at 19:50. The wrong order!Delivery man went back and another lady phoned me, telling me the amount of R83 is correct. There is a delivery fee and that the Wacky Wednesday is R47, which is incorrect it is R37. Firstly I had to explain 3 times its the wrong order and that the lady who took my order did not mention anything about delivery fee. I stay 400 meters away from the outlet. She was very rude and not helpful at all.
