Very bad attitude

Steers sky city mall . Been waiting for my meal for an hour and when I ask the chef guy there is very rude . They forgot my order and now I have people who came after me being served . All they could have done is acknowledge their fault and apologised . Not be rude and give me attitude when I ask how far my order was . Thanks to the lady who was serving at the till . Very professional but the chef must learn customer service . I’m new in the area and very disappointed . Definitely not coming back here order 144
