Utterly pooor service

WAcky Wednesday at STEERS... Omw where do i start. I phoned to put in my order at steers gordons bay.. They told me it would take 20mim for my order to be ready.. I got there and paid my order and i waited 20 min passed an hour has passed now i was getting really ****ed.... Called te manager who came out shouting at the customers because of them complaining what kind of service is this.... After an hour and 10min only they came to tell us the ran out of cheese omw i was so angry i wanted my money back they refused.... Never will i go to steers gordons bay again.... Utterly poor service
