Utterly disgusted

Very unhappy with the meals that we recieved from steers @ the BP ridge Oasis in KZN, We ordered 3 wacky Wednesday, 2 x chicken and 1 x beef, 2 large chips and 2 buddies cokes, the chips were still raw, the burgers had no taste and were so dry that you could use them to break a wall down, I have emailed steers to contact me as I have tried several times to contact the store and the number just rings, how many other people have had this and because it's a one stop on the way home from holiday they leave it. For the amount of money we paid we should surely get a response from the owner of the manager.
