Useless service

So my lady ordered steers via phone last week Wednesday. 2 Wacky Wednesdays, 1 chicken and 1 beef they said the order will be ready by 8 pm I then get to the steers at 19.55 then they tell me they don't accept phone orders, so I then placed the order again and ordered chips which they then said I will be waiting too long for the chips okay I agreed. At 8:17 they then call for order 448 and then I go to ask where my order is me being 450. They then give 448 which is someones else's order, I then lady to check my order and make sure its 2 beef burgers and 2 chicken burgers. I then get home and check the burgers and it was 3 beef and 1 chicken which is not what I ordered. The previous week I also got 4 beef burgers when I placed an order for 1 chicken wacky and 1 beef wacky. This happened at steers Woodstock at the Total garage
