Useless management complimenting useless staff!!!

Went to Steers to grab some Whacky Wednesdays, ordered chicken an got beef.<br> <br> Went back later to change it, and we had to go call the staff to come and help us. Besides bad attitude she was so lazy and incapable of doing her job to a point where she was screaming at us because she simply couldn't recall a receipt. And its not even like they were busy to reprint the last 5 or 10 receipts to find ours sure couldn't be so challenging or exhausting. <br> <br> So after the screaming match she walks to the back, about 5 or 10mins pass by when we realize that she's just ignoring us and leaving us standing their, once again I have to go into the back office to find her and she's literally hiding away. Eventually the pathetic manager comes wondering out from who knows where and simply says he'll make new burgers then he disappears again. <br> <br> However the useless mentally challenged staff member is still hiding in the kitchen behind other staff, pointing fingers laughing an swearing at us. So our food comes and the whole of Steers just stares at us... Eventually the sweet ladies from the fish shop come and apologize and get our food for us. They even had to put our burgers in fish packet takeaways
