Upsetting service from Brooklyn Steers

I visited the Steers Brooklyn Mall branch in Pretoria last night. I regularly get takeaways from this branch and have usually found them friendly and efficient. I walked in and waited to be served. I was called over to the counter & I greeted the young lady and proceeded to give my order. Without waiting for me to finish, she turned to the Mr Delivery gentleman and had an argument with him about closing up her till. Without apologising, she turned back to me. I repeated my order. When asked to repeat the order, she was unable to tell me what I had ordered (2 Wacky Wednesday specials. Not a difficult order to remember). I decided to speak to the manager about the incident instead. When I asked the young lady for her name she refused to give it to me. When I then called the manager, she told me the young lady's name (Degratia) and that she was a trainee. She told Degratia that she was supposed to be wearing a badge and got no response. . I turned to leave and the manager (Itu) grabbed hold of my handbag and would not allow me to walk away. I had to remove my handbag from her before I could leave. I was both insulted and disappointed by the whole incident.
