Unwilling to serve before closing
Going to Steers at 21:30, wanting to order two milkshakes. The person on duty, who I think might have been the manager, was unwilling to serve us, because according to him the ice cream machines was already cleaned. This is unacceptable as their closing hours could not have been before 22:00. Cleaning of equiptment is not supposed to happen while still open, especially if it prohibits sales!
