Unsatisfied Customer

I called to place an order for delivery. Firstly the number to call from the website is wrong i had to hold on and was transferred to 3 different people to assist with the correct number. Eventually got through to Steers in Parktown and the staff do not know how to communicate in English and to take down a simple order. I spoke to 2 people who gave me wrong prices firstly which means the staff do not ow their menu and then i was frustrated and asked to speak to the manager who them took my order after much frustration. My office block is literally 300 m away from Steers or even less but they charge a delivery fee of R 15 which i think is ridiculous but that's not all my food arrives after 40 min of waiting and frustration and my food is cold. I hate eating cold food. I open the food and my burger buns are as stale as anything but i ate it cos i was so hungry. If that's not the cherry on top my colleague went to steers in this time to order and they gave him the wrong order. It is very clear that the staff at Steers Parktown need serious training. The service is actually appalling. Please people i urge you not to waste your time and energy and order take out from Steers Parktown. Service is pathetic and food is not fresh.
