Unsatisfied

I went to Steers at Hemingways in East London on Monday and I requested 2 medium milkshakes. To be informed that I can't get 2 medium milkshakes as they don't have any cups for medium milkshakes. Seriously, it is Christmas time and you don't have stock!!!! I then sent a message to Steers on fb saying what had happened and it is now Wednesday afternoon and have not heard a thing from them not even to apologise. I contacted Crazy Store and Ok bazaars at the same time and I have had favourable replies from both of them, but not a single word from Steers
