Unsatisfied

I've been buying food from steers in Kimberley and their fries are always burnt which I always let it slide, today I bought mjojo cheeseburger and asked for extra cheese and it was not included. On top of that I waited for the driver for more than 20mins and I was unable to reach him or his manager. Called steers to complain about the extra cheese that they didn't include and they said they'll get back to me which I'm concluding now that they were just lying. The service we paying for yet people dont care
