Unsatisfactory service

I call steers to order a full chicken and chips and after waiting for my order, I get a call from call centre informing me that there is no chicken. Now what really gets to me is the fact that they take my order but only inform me about unavailability of stock much later. How professional is that? I have had issues in the past with steers and I thought by now they had improved, but clearly I am wrong.
