Unprofessional Service
Steers Cycad Shopping Centre in Polokwane is very unprofessional. <br> We arrived during lunchtime and there were no one behind the counter to serve us. We waited and overheard kitchen staff screaming that there is a customer at the front. <br> When placing our order for ice-cream I had to repeat my order 3 times. When a guy eventually started filling the cups he stopped and disappeared into the kitchen. Without asking us to wait. <br> Upon his return he had to first fill up the machine. Again making us wait. We then tried cancelling the order but again there were no one serving customers. <br>
