Unprofessional service

I placed an order at Steers Brooklyn mall today the 08/11/2017 at 12:35 and waited for my order, as I patiently waited for my order. I decided to give them a call at 13:45 to ask regarding my order and i was told someone will get back to me but that didn't happen. Just around 14:00 my order arrived. I ordered a burger with chips and cold drinks. I so wish someone could have updated me or informed me that they are maybe sort staff or something. What a service.
