Unprofessional food service and customer service

Guys if you staying in delft I will not recommend you to buy anything from steers Delft mall online it's been my second time getting the worse service if it's not the wrong order then it's dry burgers with only a rol no sauces no letters the burger it self was so red from the inside and for the chips there was no sauces or spice with when u call them they are the people that have attitudes no way of speaking to they customers and no customer service at all also when you in store u get everything 100%but when you order online it's a mess people don't allow them to waist your money I would really recommend you to not buy from them .
