Unprofessional driver

A 2 weeks since I was bumped by a debonairs driver from Chris Hani Crossing, Vosloorus, in my own yard. Ive reported the matter to customer care and the manager who showed no interest in assisting me and all I have is a case number and I haven't heard from them since.. Never even got my order
