Unprofessional and rude service

Steers crossing Nelspruit. Waited over an hour for my delivery, a delivery less than 3km. When i called for to complain my call was forwarded to someone who just told me my order is next and something about someone on the phone, before I could even say anything the person rudely hung up the phone as if im calling them with their airtime.
