Unprofessional and Rude

The staff here have a bad attitude!

The manager doesn't know how to manage the store and the staff.

Siphelele is the gentleman I spoke to, he doesn't know his job.

The staff gave our order to someone else..

My question is how?

Shouldnt a customer produce a slip of the food which was purchased before the food is given?

No wonder that store was closed for so long, their service is *******!!

I will escalate my matter until I am satisfied with the result!!

Aside from people doing gardening in steers uniforms, now they are allegedly eating our orders or giving them to their friends, this is unacceptable!!
