Unprofessional and incorrect order

I ordered steers through MrD at Zevenwacht mall for pickup. When we got to the store to pick up order we were told by cashier Kutyauripo Tatenda i have to show him emails etc to prove that order was done and placed online my order was a whole full chicken with chips i paid R186.90 bit when i got home my oorder was not a full chicken rather qaurter legs that i received tried calling restaurants including call with no luck i even ran out of airtime to top things up lemon and herbs sauce was on chicken baf and not on the actually. Im very desappointed with steers i expected so much better from steers.
