Unprofessional and distasteful experience never buying from there and my social media will definitely be hearing about this experience

Ordered at 17:30 order arrived at 19:30 the driver still arrived with no slip. The agent confirmed my order to be 265 when the driver gets here he billed me 269,90 then the shop manager calls and harassed me saying I short paid my order should’ve been 348 and they will be sending the driver to collect the remaining balance at 21:00? Utterly distasteful not forgetting the calls I kept making from 6:30pm till 7:30 trying to track my order with the call centre. That shop is filled with unprofessional people and poor service and the store manger is a very rude woman who opted to speak in our native language so that her call shouldn’t be audited I assume
