Unprofessional
The kind of attitude I received from , the stuff of Steers (Chatsworth Plaza ) was terrible . . First of all they don't have manner of talking to customers , or it because the place is Indians , dominated so when ever an African person comes , they look down on them .. the Cashier ( ANNET MALULEKA was the worse after an hour of waiting for my order instead of apologizing and telling me what has been the problem , but she burst using unprofessional manner of speaking to customers.. I wonder if this is how they were taught to treat other cultures (customers ) or what? ...
