Unprofessional
Made an order today at 13h05 it was confirmed to Shop L 109, 10 Stoneridge Drive Greenstone Park, Edenvale. I phone at 14h00 to ask about my order and they said, they are busy so they will send the driver now. At 14h30 I phone them again and the lady who answered was laughing and asking everyone where is the manager, appparently the manager stepped out,(How convenient)....they told me Brian is around and will take the call,but they dropped the phone on me. I phoned customer service immediately and I am waiting for feedback.
What annoys me most is the people laughing on the phone when you request for a manager, they they drop the phone on you. So ****** unprofessional ..It's almost two hours since we ordered and delivery is 12 minutes away from the shop to us, how pathetic.......and we paying delivery charge for this also..
