Unprofessional

On the 02/06/21 I called Randfontein Village steers to order food around 15:00 and I told them i will come collect my food around around 17:00 then when I got there they told me that they didn't receive any order from me even I received a notification that my order has been placed. I had to wait on the long que while I made an order, I wasted my airtime and my time! Why are they using call and collect system if they are not efficient with it! I am very disappointed in the way they handle the situation it was very unprofessional and negligent
