Unpleasant and Rude Manager, at Steers Featherbrook Village

I was at Steers Featherbrook village.Terrible service from the manager, who was rude and was screaming at me. the problem started when she over charged me for my order. when i asked for the manager, she said she was the manager and she will give me my money back and i can go else where, she also said she doesn't care if i report her. i was then helped by the cooks, they came to the front counter to serve me and apologized on the manager's behalf.
