Unpaid claim for personal injuries

Unpaid claim for personal injury. It has been almost two years that I'm struggling to find closure on this matter. I went to collect an order at steers kathu about two years ago. On arriving there me and a friend waited on the queue for service and decided to sit down. The chair broke down under me and I happened to hurt my back and knee on falling to the ground. Steers immediately undertook to pay for my medicals and thereafter my damages after being assessed by a medical doctor. I have submitted all the necessary document for this claim and still await payment to this day. I have been in and out of doctors surgery and massage parlours for this injury. Even bought a mat for exercises. They currently expect me to redo the whole process when the claim was already finalised by another employee of theirs. I find this to be outrageous and I have since cancelled my medical aid because it was always exhausted. Please assist 🙏
